Bank of America really screwed me over. I was trying to get pre-approved and my case was given to someone who was out of office, and when trying to contact him or the backup, I got no reply. So on a whim I contacted Zach at Revolution Mortgage and set up a meet. I was pre-approved in days. Being a first time buyer the process was very stressful and even discouraging at times, but Zach and his team helped me every step of the way and put my worries to rest.
