My journey started on the west side of Cleveland, where I purchased my childhood home, the first of 10 properties I’d acquire between 2014 and 2020. Buying wasn’t enough for me. I opened my own personal home to tenants by renting out each room individually, I mentored them on saving, building credit, and navigating homeownership, then watched them walk into homes of their own. That’s not a transaction. That’s a legacy.
Before mortgage lending, I spent years as a construction manager shaping communities from the ground up including hospitals, community centers, churches, libraries, schools, and vital infrastructure. I didn’t just build structures. I understood the soul of a neighborhood and what it means to invest in people, not just property.
Today I help every type of buyer: first time homeowners feeling overwhelmed, seasoned investors growing their portfolios, and everyone in between. My trades background gives clients a trusted network that extends far beyond closing day.
My wife is a travel nurse, so I’ve built deep market knowledge across Ohio, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Florida, and the Carolinas. Through Revolution Mortgage’s team, I can serve clients in all 50 states.
