Welcome to the T2 Financial LLC DBA/Revolution Mortgage (“Revolution Mortgage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website located at revolutionmortgage.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any related services we offer through it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about Revolution Mortgage’s products and services, submit inquiries, and interact with our loan officers and staff. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval; Not Financial or Legal Advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a loan commitment, pre-qualification, or approval. All loans are subject to underwriting approval, and certain restrictions apply. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice; you should consult your own advisors before making financial decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Revolution Mortgage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) impersonate any person or entity; (b) upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems; (d) use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission; or (e) interfere with any other user’s use of the Site.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Revolution Mortgage through the Site or otherwise, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) and calls, including by automated technology, from Revolution Mortgage and its representatives at the number provided, for purposes including loan servicing, customer support, and — where you have separately opted in — marketing communications.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further text messages at any time.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the information in Section 13 below.
• Not all mobile carriers are supported; we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining any loan or service from Revolution Mortgage.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by Revolution Mortgage. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVOLUTION MORTGAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolution Mortgage, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
